What makes your mosaics special?

I use reclaimed vintage china, meaning every portrait contains history, character, and subtle patterns you won’t find in modern materials. No two portraits are ever the same—each one is completely bespoke.

What kind of photos work best?

Well-lit photos work best. Its really important to see the eye detail and eye colour.  Ideally:

• Clear focus on your pet’s face
• Natural lighting (no heavy shadows)
• Eye-level shots

Can you include more than one pet?

Yes, I can create portraits featuring multiple pets. The size of the piece may need to be larger to capture enough detail, which I’ll discuss with you before starting.

How long does it take to complete a portrait?

Each piece is made by hand, so turnaround time typically ranges from a few weeks to a couple of months depending current demand. I’ll provide an estimated timeline when you enquire.

Can I request specific colours or china patterns?

Yes! If you have a particular colour palette or style in mind, let me know. I’ll do my best to match your vision using my collection of vintage china.

Do you use my own china?

I can incorporate your own china if you’d like to make the piece even more personal—this is especially popular for memorial pieces.  All you need to do is send me a photo so that I can assess the suitability.

How much does a portrait cost?

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion before shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I can ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Can I see progress updates?

Yes, I’m happy to share progress photos during the creation process if you’d like to follow along.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the bespoke nature of the work, refunds aren’t available once the piece has been started. However, I’ll always communicate clearly throughout the process to ensure you’re happy.
